Yesterday evening I watched a Bollywood movie titled Shastry viruddh Shastry on Netflix.

The directors and actors have done an amazing job by raising the controversial and debatable issue in the most candid way. Kudos to them.

As a teacher, I always felt the need to have a fruitful debate on the issue of the art of parenting and this film made the dream of a child come true.

अपने लिए माँगना चाहत है, अपनों के लिए माँगना मोहब्बत है, गैरों के लिए माँगना ईबादत है, खुदाया! बिन माँगें ही सबकुछ दे देना इश्क है, जुनून है, खुदाई है... प्यार व्यापार नहीं अपितु सदाचार है, सद्कर्म है, रिहाई है... जहाँ जाकर अक्ल और सोच खत्म होती है; बस, वहीँ से इश्क शुरू होता है... इस जज़्बात को जीने के लिए यहाँ से दूर...बहुत दूर...सही और गलत के पार एक मैदान है वहाँ पहुँचना होता है रूमी की तरह... डूब कर पार हुआ जाता है अमीर खुसरो की तरह... मेरे देखे से मादाओं में ये बात सिर्फ कोई मीरा, कोई लल्लो, कोई राबिया ही जी पाई है, इसी लिए तो शायद १,२४००० तीर्थंकर सिर्फ आदम के रूप में ही अवतरित हुए, हव्वा ने तो जैसे ज्ञान का निषिद्ध फल चखने की आदमजात सजा पाई है... इश्क की आग में डूब जाना ऐसे-वैसों के बस की बात भी नहीं... इश्क़ है इश्क़ ये मज़ाक़ नहीं चंद लम्हों में फ़ैसला न करो Let's give love before we seek love Let's deserve respect before we demand it God bless you to be Love in love with love for love and only love 💖 Amen 🙏🌹🙏
