Generally, they unconsciously or maybe consciously not only shoot but also vigorously promote & propogate such video films. No, their source of energy is not because of some altruistic social concern or enigma but an avarice to earn some kind of stardom as an entertainer, a social reformer, a holier than thou persona or a flabbergasting image of an anthropologist. They are indeed the real devil's advocates in Indian society.

Irony is that they 'know not what they are doing' and don't even have an iota of intellect to realise that they are indeed acting as some kind of melodramatic puppets in the hands of so called democratic politicians or elite class to spread the reign of melancholy. They are the real fans of capitalism who sincerely believe in the psychedelic psyche of creating havoc. Such psychomaniacs indeed have the power, post and devil's mind to come up with catchy & anarchic slogans like: "Entertainment के लिए कुछ भी करेगा"

घर खाली हो तो शैतान शक्तिमान हो उठता है

अकेला इंसान जाने क्या-क्या कर गुजरता है

ख़ुदाया, खौफ़ नहीं जिसे ज़िल्ल-ए-इलाही का

वो CCTV को प्रचार-प्रसार का माध्यम समझता है
